Balsam Lake Public Library's Freedom Fest Family Scavenger Hunt, happening from July 1st to 8th.

Freedom Fest Family Scavenger Hunt

Wed. July 1st – Wed. July 8th

Embark on an exploration of Balsam Lake! Identify specific picture locations and answer questions as you enjoy our beautiful community.

HOW IT WORKS:

  • Pick up the hunt sheet from the library starting Wednesday, July 1st, or do it online!
  • Identify the picture locations and answer as many of the trivia questions as you can.
  • Drop off your completed hunt sheet at the library (or drop it in the drop box) by the end of the day on Wednesday, July 8th, to enter the prize drawing for gift cards to local businesses.

Winners will be drawn and notified on Friday, July 10th.

Friends of the Library Freedom Fest Book Sale

The Friends of Balsam Lake Public Library are hosting their annual book sale during Freedom Fest.

Browse a fantastic selection of gently used books for all ages and interests. Freewill donation!

This is a perfect opportunity to find some summer reads, stock up for the upcoming school year, or discover a hidden gem.
